Initial Evaluation appointments are typically 60-90 minutes. Treatment sessions range from 30-45 minutes based on your child’s needs.

While we love meeting the whole family, we kindly ask that siblings not attend therapy sessions. This allows us to provide a calm, focused environment where your child can get the most out of their time in therapy.

All major commercial and TN medicaid insurance plans are accepted.

Primrose offers a private pay plan for clients without insurance or other special circumstances.

We love when a parent/caregiver can attend therapy sessions! This allows us to provide hands on training for caregivers, enabling them to continue skill development at home!
We do ask that only one parent come back with each child due to limited space in each treatment room.

We can provide all disciplines and services in cooperation with TEIS.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your child’s intake paperwork.
You will need to bring your child’s insurance card, co-payment/co-insurance if applicable to your plan, and any relevant medical documents that may assist the therapist.
At least one parent/caregiver is required to attend an evaluation for a child younger than 12 years old.

All services require a referral from your child’s pediatrician or primary care physician. Once the referral/order is received by our office, we will call the listed caregiver to set up the appropriate evaluation(s).
